We understand that a small number of US fans have received in error their DVD edition of Series 7 Part 2 early. We respectfully ask those fans not to divulge information or post content publicly so that fellow fans who have yet to see the episodes do not have their viewing pleasure ruined.

If everyone keeps the secrets safe until next Saturday we will release a special new clip featuring material of the Tenth AND Eleventh Doctor!

Doctor Who PSA: a UK “series” is the same thing as a US “season.” The next episode of Doctor Who is the SEASON FINALE and not the end of the show.

When she was told her naturally deep, husky voice was destroying her vocal chords, she went to a vocal coach to learn to speak in a higher register.

Review: Iron Man 3

My dad and I saw Iron Man 3 tonight. It was awesome!!! Basically, something that happened with Tony Stark years ago comes back to bite him in the butt. Tony runs into an old friend, Maya Hansen. A man named Aldrich Killian, who Tony has met before, returns. Happy Hogan gets hurt in catastrophic incident, which causes Tony to challenge The Mandarin. From then on, Tony’s life gets turned upside down. This movie in the series includes elements of the Extremis storyline in the comics. They play a big part in the movie.

There’s one part of the movie, involving a certain character, that has caused quite a bit of controversy. I won’t give it away. I like the character the way they are in the comics, but I think the way they were portrayed was well written despite the alteration. There were some funny moments involved. There’s also a part of the movie with various Iron Man armors. I’ll just say that those were awesome armors, and that part was bittersweet. One thing I should mention is that there is, as usual, a during or after credits scene. In this case it’s about at the end. It’s funny.

Iron Man 3 is an epic movie. My dad and I really enjoyed it. I think it’s an excellent follow up to Marvel’s The Avengers. It’s getting what I believe is well-deserved praise. I very much recommend this movie. It’s a must see (Iron Man 3)!

Reviews of Sorts - Doctor Who: Prisoners of Time #4

This issue starts out with the fourth Doctor and Leela traveling to a banquet on the planet Agratis. They discover that a museum curator, named Frez, has called in the Judoon to find a jewel that holds great value to the people of the planet, the Jewel of Fawton. They must find the jewel before the Judoon tear the planet apart looking for it.

This was a very fun and entertaining comic. I am somewhat familiar with the fourth Doctor, but not as much so as the some of the other incarnations. He’s a kind of funny, but very intelligent, character. I recall seeing the Judoon on a 10th Doctor episode of Doctor Who. To see them in a fourth Doctor story was really cool. This story had ending that seemed odd to me. I won’t give it away, but it appears to end on a cliffhanger, and yet the next issue features a story with the fifth Doctor and one of his companions. The art is excellent. The likenesses of the characters are great. The art, from “Gary Erskine, with thanks to Mike Collins,” and Charlie Kirchoff is awesome. Tom B. Long is excellent on lettering. The story, by Scott and David Tipton, is very well written, and very intriguing. Denton J. Tipton, the editor, made sure it all came together nicely. This book came together fantastically. All in all, this is a great comic. I very much recommend it (Tipton and Tipton).
